- “Event” means a participation mission described by a partner store, such as writing a review.
- “Partner store” means a store that has an agreement with the Company to offer the Service.
- “User” means a person who uses the Service under these terms.
- “Content” means the mini reports, charm images, explanations, guidance and other materials the Service provides to users.
Article 3 (When the terms apply and how they change)
- These terms are posted on the Service and take effect when a user starts using it.
- The Company may change these terms within the limits of applicable law. Changes will be announced on the Service at least 7 days before they take effect, or at least 30 days in advance if they are less favorable to users.
- Using the Service after the revised terms take effect is treated as agreement to those changes.
Article 4 (What the Service provides)
- Users can receive Content after completing the event described by the partner store and receiving confirmation from store staff.
- The Service is free for users. Users are responsible for their own mobile data charges.
- The Content draws on Korean saju culture and is for entertainment and reference only. Mini reports are generated by AI. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of the Content or any particular outcome or effect. Charm images are souvenir photo cards using traditional patterns and do not promise any effects.
- Mini reports can be viewed during the stated period (24 hours after participation). Conditions for keeping and saving charm images again are described on the Service and in the Privacy Policy.
Article 5 (Who can use the Service)
- Children under 14 may not use the Service.
- Content is provided after confirmation by store staff. Details such as participation limits follow the partner store’s guidance.
Article 6 (Event participation)
- If an event includes writing a review, the content and rating of the review are entirely up to the user. Neither the Company nor the partner store requires a positive review.
- Users must follow the policies of the platform where they post a review. If they must disclose that they received a benefit for the review, they must follow the disclosure rules of that platform and applicable law.
- Users must not try to participate in events or obtain Content through dishonest methods, such as reviewing without an actual visit or use, participating under someone else’s identity, or manipulating the process to participate repeatedly.
Article 7 (User responsibilities)
- Users must enter their own information accurately. When entering someone else’s information, for example for a compatibility report, they must have that person’s consent.
- Users must not disrupt the Service, access its systems in an unauthorized way, or collect or publish other users’ Content links without permission.
- Users must not use the Content commercially or impersonate the Company or a partner store.
Article 8 (Using Content and intellectual property)
- The Company owns the intellectual property rights, including copyright, in the Service and Content.
- Users may save and share the charm images and mini reports they receive for personal, non-commercial use. Resale, commercial distribution and making products based on the Content are not permitted.
- Nicknames and other information users enter are used only to create Content. Any other use is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Shared links)
The QR link on the back of a charm is a sharing link that anyone can open once issued. Anyone who receives it can view the charm with the name displayed and its explanation, and save the image. Please keep this in mind before sharing. The Privacy Policy explains how long the link remains valid, how long the displayed name is kept, and how to request changes or deletion.
Article 10 (Personal information)
The Company handles users’ personal information according to its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be viewed on the Service at any time.
Article 11 (Changes and interruptions to the Service)
- The Company may change or stop the Service for operational or technical reasons. Significant changes will be announced in advance.
- The Service may be temporarily interrupted for unavoidable reasons, including system maintenance, network failures, outages of external services or natural disasters.
- When an agreement with a partner store ends, new participation at that store stops. Links to charms already issued are handled according to the Privacy Policy.
Article 12 (Limits of responsibility)
- The Service is provided free of charge. The Company is not responsible for decisions users make based on the Content or the results of those decisions.
- Each partner store is responsible for the goods and services it provides and any related disputes.
- The Company is not responsible for loss caused by a user’s fault, results arising from incorrect information entered by a user, or subsequent use of Content that a user saves to a device or shares with others.
- This article does not limit the Company’s responsibility for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence.
Article 13 (Applicable law, courts and language)
- The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to these terms and use of the Service.
- Disputes about use of the Service will be heard at first instance by the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s head office. However, if the user is a consumer, the jurisdiction rules under applicable law apply.
